Riesling – Macedon 2025

After 4 years of careful nurturing, we picked our first crop for the 2025 vintage. The fruit was gently pressed and barrel fermented in mature French oak. After a further 6 months in oak, it was estate bottled to minimise handling. It has delivered a bright and textural, cool climate wine with depth and subtle minerality reflecting the granitic soil of Kyneton Ridge
